Much like an extra shot in your flat white, a fresh manicure can really elevate your day. Whether it’s a simple pink toned manicure or full out patterned talons, a slick of polish makes you feel that little more put together. Don’t you agree?
We’re constantly trawling Instagram for nail art inspo (as well as hair, obviously) and after careful consideration, we’ve listed the latest to pique our interest. Get ready for cute summer florals and sea glass pastels in our short list of #nailinspo

Nail Trend #1
Keep it cute and floral
You’ve got to admit, there’s something fresh and uplifting about seeing a bunch of blooms in the sunshine after months of grey clouds and drizzle. Especially during this difficult time. Never before have we been more in need of the mood-boost that Spring brings – even if we have to watch some of it from our open windows. With that said, now’s the time to get green-fingered. And we don’t just mean dressing up your window boxes or houseplants, (though that’s a pretty good idea too). Floral fingernails have blossomed into one of our favourite nail art trends for Spring. They’re sunny, pretty and refreshing. Exactly our kind of (house) party. So, dig out and dust off your bright nail polishes and give it a go!
Nail Trend #2
Pretty Sea Glass Pastels
Not that we’re not fans of jelly-nails and all things shiny and bright. But pretty sea glass pastel nails are giving us all sorts of festive spring vibes RN. A much-needed distraction if you ask us. Slightly opaque, sea glass nails are topped off with a slick of clear, matte top coat polish (important that it’s clear – and matte – to get the desired ‘sea glass’ effect). It seems there are a number of variations of the sea glass nail frenzy cropping up on our feeds, each with their own spin. Here are some of our favourite examples of the nail trend, from chic and pared back to full on sparkle and glitz if you’re missing out on being a little extra. That’s what makes nail art so fun after all – the ability to truly customise any nail trend. So here you go, enjoy!
