Our commitment to you

To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of both our guests and team members it has been necessary to put a number of restrictions and safety measures in place for our hair and beauty services. This page will be updated as and when new information becomes available from the government.

What we will do to protect you:

Personal protective equipment

We will provide every guest with a face mask & disposable gown

To be worn at all times and disposed of safely once you leave our premises.

Our team members will wear appropriate PPE

In addition to a face mask, team members will also wear a disposable apron for every guest. A face visor and gloves will also be used when using the wash basin.

Protective work station screens

Protective screens will be installed at reception and in between work stations (if needed).

A £3.60 safety levy will be charged to your service

This is to help the salon cover the cost of essential PPE for guests and team members.

Social distancing

Limited number of guests in salon

To maintain social distancing in salon we are limiting the amount of guests in salon at the same time.

There will be no waiting area in salon

Please take care when entering the salon as there will be no waiting area, and we ask that you observe social distancing rules.

Floor tape will mark a 2 metre distance zone

This will be clearly marked from the reception desk and should be observed at all times.

Guests will not be allowed to be accompanied

Except for parents or carers.

Sanitation (limiting the risk of transmission)

We will provide every guest with sanitiser

We will ask you to use hand sanitiser before starting your service

Please avoid touching our display stands

Please ask a team member to assist you with purchasing hair products.

We may need to limit some of our services

This may include dry cuts, beard trims and some beauty services (subject to government guidelines).

We will not be able to provide refreshments at this time

We kindly ask that you refrain from eating or drinking in salon.

Use contactless payment where possible

Wherever possible we ask that you pay by credit card or use contactless payment.

We will not be able to provide magazines at this time

If you choose to bring your own, these must remain on your persona at all times.

We respectfully ask that our guests comply with these guidance. To avoid our team members having to refuse service, we also ask that you do not visit the salon if you have a cough or other cold symptoms. In addition, services for accompanied children will be provided during specific times only – please contact your local salon for details.

We hope you understand the need for additional sanitation and safety measures. Should you have any further questions about your specific salon, please do not hesitate to contact the team directly.
