Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Supercuts Gift Cards can be purchased in £ sterling only. Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Supercuts standalone salons and cannot currently be issued or redeemed in any of our department store salons. Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on services and retail merchandise in salon. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
All refunds of goods or services purchased with your card will be made in accordance with the Supercuts refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Supercuts Gift Cards expire 12 months after activation. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited.
Risk will pass to the customer upon receipt and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Regis Salon has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt.
Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Supercuts salons.
Gift Cards ordered through the Supercuts online site will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Gift cards will normally be despatched within two working days and Supercuts shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to deliver within a reasonable time of the order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Regis UK Lynchgate". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Force Majeure ; Supercuts cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
Breach of these conditions will entitle Supercuts to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any such change will be effective upon inclusion in the text of the terms and conditions published on this site. You should check the terms and conditions posted on this site periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
